Hi! I’m BJ, and I’ve had to watch my weight since I was eleven. Over the years I bet I’ve tried just about every weight loss plan out there. I’d heard all the stuff about eating healthy and it seemed like the healthier I tried to eat, the fatter I got. I knew all the diet rules and the whys and knowing those things didn’t make things any better.
But finally after years of research and lots of suffering and failed diets, I was trying to stuff a round peg into a square hole. I wasn’t failing on my diets, they were failing me. Some people do wonderfully on a diet where you count calories of grams of fat. But some of us do very poorly on that type diet.
